Friends
Tell a small story about a time you felt welcome.
A little space. Yours alone.
What ordinary moment would you like more of?
What have you changed your mind about lately?
What is something you learned from a person at this table?
What would make the coming week a little kinder?
What memory would you like to make together?
A little time together
A prompt deck for writing alone before sharing a little together.
OwnLight Together gives friends, partners and small groups a simple way to make time for a conversation. Choose your company, read a question and give everyone a few quiet minutes to write before inviting anyone to speak. Passing is always welcome.
The browser page is a set of prompts, not a shared journal or group chat. Private writing is not sent to other people. Print the deck if you want to use the questions away from a screen, or download your own response. App story sharing is a separate feature described on the main OwnLight website.
How to use this tool
- Choose friends, a couple or a small group and pick a card.
- Give everyone time to write privately, then invite sharing without pressure.
- Print the deck or download your own writing; leave other people’s words with them.
A few useful answers
Can others see what I type?
This page does not send your writing to other participants. People beside you may see your screen, so choose a private place if you want to keep the response to yourself.
Is this the same as sharing a story in the app?
No. This is an offline-friendly conversation activity. The app’s story-sharing feature has its own permissions and does not make ordinary journal entries public.
